He was born on February 25, 1986, in Glendale, Arizona, to Jerry and Diane Schwarz.
He is survived by his parents; sister, Mallory Miller; brother-in-law Tony Miller; a niece and nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021, at Regency Mortuary.
The family suggests donations to The Phoenix Rescue Mission
