Michael Schrader

Michael Paul Schrader, of Peoria, passed away at home with his wife by his side Monday, April 30, 2018 at the age of 66. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 19, 1951. He moved to Arizona in 2001. Michael loved spending time with his wife, Cristina, and their 3 dogs Harley, Heidi, and Harvey. He was an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed watching them play at Steeler Country in Cave Creek. He was a hunter, fisherman, enjoyed cooking and love caring for his Aunt Kay. He worked at Arrowhead Hospital and UPMC as a radiologic technologist. He was in the field for 39 years. Michael is survived by his wife Cristina Manda-Schrader and step-daughter Betty Schrader. Daughter Kim Steiger and husband Jeff Steiger and their children Jacob and Dustin. Daughter Becky Williamson and husband Marty Williamson and their children Mazie, Dylan, and Liam. And his Aunt Kay Drexler. He was preceded in death by his father and mother Charles A. Schrader and Virginia A. Schrader. A viewing will be held at Regency Mortuary, Sun City on Thursday, May 3rd at 6-7pm. Funeral to be held on Friday May 4th at 10:30 am at Faith Presbyterian Church in Sun City, viewing preceding at 9:30-10:30am. All are welcome.
