Jeffrey Toms

Jeffrey James Toms, age 55, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at St. Joseph Hospital, Phoenix Arizona from complications from a stroke on December 13,2021.  Jeffrey was born on October 29,1966 in Manchester, Iowa to Bethel (Davis) and Merlyn Toms. He graduated from West Delaware High School in May of 1985. He then moved to Phoenix Arizona following graduation. He received a degree in Engineering from the University of Arizona. Jeff had a successful career at CUPPs Industrial for more than 20 years.  Besides spending time with family and friends, he had a passion for his dogs. Jeff enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing and dog field trials. He was very involved with the Weimaraner Association and Club of Arizona. Jeff had a quietness about him, but brought many a smile to others every day.  Jeff is survived by his brother Larry (Susan) Toms, of Gilbert, AZ, sister Vicki (Jack) DeSotel of Fairbank, Iowa, sister Debra (Ron) Oliva of Peoria AZ, and 5 nephews and 2 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Michael Toms.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life gathering on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at CUPPs Industrial Supply Inc., 3101 N.33rd Ave., Phoenix AZ.
