Jack Addison

Jack A. Addison was born on January 14, 1945, in Lubbock, Texas to Foy Mac and Floyce Addison. Jack passed away on January 1, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 72. Jack was the youngest of two children. Jack Addison is survived by wife Charlene Addison and Children: Angee Pena (Paul), Cyndi Sickles (Darrell) and Greg Ter Hark (Rachele) along with 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren and Brother Mac Addison (Candy). After moving to Arizona he began working for The Arizona Republic and Phoenix Gazette as a Pressman. We worked there for 30 years before retiring in 2001. Jack was a member of GCIU Local 58M. He enjoyed fishing and using his computer in his free time. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Hospice of the Valley.
