Billy Charles

Billy James Charles (04/5/1933 - 11/25/2018) Was born and raised in New Mexico, graduating from ENMU with degrees in Engineering and Mathematics. After graduation, he moved to California where he married and raised four sons: Daniel (Deanne), Gregory (Wendy), Randall (Tessa) and Michael (Denise). After retiring from Hughes Aircraft, he met his second wife, InaJoy, and moved with her to Westbrook Village in peoria, AZ, where he resided until his death. He was an avid golfer and fishman and coached all of his sons through various sports activities and teams. Billy was preceded in death by his wife of 16 years Ina Joy and by his eldest son, Daniel. He is survived by three sons, two brothers (Carol and Don), two sisters (Jody and Joy), twelve grandchildren, one great-grandson, and many friends and golf buddies.
